Since our tags are custom engraved and take a great deal of time to
create, we don't accept returns for refunds. If we make a typo mistake
(i.e. pet's name, phone number) we would be happy to exchange
the tag for a replacement.

We use highest quality metal and enamel and strive to provide you with both a stylish and durable pet tag. We guarantee the engraving will be legible for the life of the pet tag. However, please keep in mind our tags are not indestructible but so far we have not found any ways to destroy it YET!
