As our products are designed with dogs in mind, it means they are waterproof and easy to clean. Just pop it under the tap and wash it with a little soap and wipe clean. Wipe dry once done.

Since our tags are custom engraved and take a great deal of time to create, we don't accept returns for refunds. If we make a typo mistake (i.e. pet's name, phone number) we would be happy to exchange the tag for a replacement.
