Meet your new favourite everyday dog collar — handmade from genuine matte Biothane® and fitted with premium brass hardware for strength, durability, and style.

Biothane® is a modern, vegan alternative to leather: waterproof, stink-proof, quick-drying, and built to last. Unlike fabric collars, it won’t absorb water, dirt, or odour. A quick wipe with mild soap and water is all it needs to look brand new again.

This collar is built with polished brass hardware, including a solid brass D-ring (breaking load 240kg), brass tri-glide slider (172kg), and a brass-plated zinc quick-release buckle (230kg). In real-world terms: it’s strong enough for confident walkers and enthusiastic pullers.

Designed in a 25mm matte finish, it’s adjustable from 30–43cm, making it a reliable fit for most medium dogs. Every collar is fully handmade by me in-house, from cutting to assembly.

Care

How to Clean & Look After Your Collar

Biothane® is extremely easy to care for. To clean your collar:

  • Wipe it down with warm water and mild soap.
  • For tougher mud or grime, use a soft cloth or sponge.
  • Rinse and let it air dry — Biothane® dries instantly.
    Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbing to keep the matte finish looking its best.
